Once you have scheduled your Home Inspection, Inspector D will email an Invoice for the amount of the Inspection Fee, which must be paid in full prior to the Inspection date.  The Invoice may be paid in two payments of 50% each, however, in any case the full Inspection Fee must be paid prior to your Inspection unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing by both parties. After your Home Inspection has been performed, Inspector D will email your Inspection Report in PDF format within five business days. The prices in the Fee Schedule above may vary, depending upon the nature of the Inspection.
