Inspector D has been in the Residential Housing Industry since the 1970s, and has a lifetime of experience in Residential Design, Construction, Remodeling, Repair, and Inspection.

 

Although he's been a licensed Residential General Contractor in Oregon since 2002,  D was first licensed in the State of California in 1991, as a full-service Residential General Contractor, providing all services including Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Roofing, and HVAC.

It is due to his long career as a Residential Builder, Remodeler, and Maintenance Expert that Inspector D has become familiar with all kinds of construction methods and materials, as well as gaining an understanding of the many systems found today in both modern and older homes.
